Navigating PCOS vs Endometriosis

Hello all, I wanted to get some opinions on my situation since i’ve struggled with issues for years but, doctors keep giving me different diagnosis that doesn’t align with my symptoms. I’ve had issues with menstruation since a teenager where sometimes it would last for months at a time or spotting in between. Bursts of severe abdominal pain every couple of months with back and leg pain. GI problems and issues with pelvic floor such as pain from urinating or sex sometimes but not often. I’ve never had any abnormal hair growth but other dermatologic issues have been present such as dermatitis and acne. My symptoms will go off and on depending on when my body decides to hate me. Has anyone ever experienced this? I’m debating if these issues are actually PCOS or if it is something else. Not looking for any diagnosis but, suggestions of what to ask my doctor about to work on an official diagnosis. Any ideas are appreciated
