Different Week Different Effectiveness

I find this medication and my body’s reaction to it to be quite interesting. Some weeks my appetite is controlled 3 to 5 days. Some weeks it is only slightly controlled. Here lately it was barely controlled. This week, for some reason, I have had absolutely no appetite. It’s as it was, when I first started on this medication. I actually had to make sure I ate enough, hungry or not. Today is day 6 and I still have no appetite. I was on 2.5 from August to November, and have been on 5.0 since December. This time last week, I was afraid I was going to need to go up to 7.5. Not now. 5.0 is still working.
