back of my calves feels kinda warm to the touch and now i'm kinda worried.

I noticed the back of right calf feels kind of warm to the touch and there's a small red bump on there(Not sure if it's a pimple or something else)Trying not to freak out about the possibility of it being DVT, especially after hearing that sometimes you can get it without having any symptoms. My legs don't hurt or anything and there appears to be no swelling(my right calf does appear to be a bit bigger then my left one though apparently it's not uncommon for one leg to be slightly bigger then the other so that by itself does not necessarily mean there's medically wrong with it)but still worry about the possibility of getting a PE, especially after the story about that one guy who got one and died after playing a lot of video games as I spend a fair amount of time on the computer, granted I don't sit in one place for 12 hours a day like he did and I try to be somewhat active each day(my mailbox is a fair distance from the house as we have a long driveway so walking every day to get the mail is at least something and I try to get up and move around)but still can't help but wonder what if. I did get a referral for an ultrasound today so hopefully I can get an appointment tomorrow and hopefully they won't find anything wrong.
