CGM Users: Have you noticed huge differences between keto breads?

Post Content

Type 1 here using a CGM, and I’ve noticed something I can’t fully explain. Some keto breads with very similar net carbs and ingredients give me completely different blood sugar responses: • Natural Ovens keto bread → barely moves me even with 2 slices • Sola bagels → noticeable rise but manageable • Sola rolls → spike much higher than expected On paper they look pretty comparable, which makes me think there’s more going on than just the net carb number. Question: Have you found certain keto breads that behave VERY differently than their labels suggest? If you’re open to sharing: • Which brand/product • What your CGM showed • How you ate it (alone, with fat/protein, time of day, etc.) Trying to understand whether this is fiber type, resistant starch, processing, glycemic load… or something else entirely. Would love to hear what you’ve experienced.
