Fixing ed and pe at the same time

Hi guys . Looking for some advice please . Ive recently been suffering with ED and have been suffering with PE ( PE due to poor masterbation when younger i think , trying to finish quick as possible) ive started working on this , with masterbation technics Now im suffering with ED ! I dont get morning wood and struggle to keep it up / get it up .. what can i do to fix this without making pe worse ? I hear kegals are good for ED but can make PE worse . Im 30 year old , 6ft3 111kg . Smokes cigs and vape heavly for a while ( ive quit both 3 days ago ) U lift weights twice a week . My plan is to stop the smoking , train weights 4 days a week with 30+ mins on lower body cardio ( treadmill / bikes ) after each session . Start drinking 3l water a day ( i rarley drink water ) Starting to take mens multivitamins and asheaganda suppliments daily Start to eat cleaner ( fruits daily, meat and veg ) I dont normally eat untill 5pm and them eating shite food so planning on having oats and fruit for breakfast and eating healthy meals Also start to drink water all throughout the day as its rare i drink water atall really . Is there anything else i can add? Anything thats helped you guys and any succsess storys ? Thanks guys , wish me luck !! Edit: my sleep quality is poor, looking to get into a routein of 8 hours each night
