Face and leg twitching

Hi! So I have been experiencing twitching in my face, just on my left side on like my upper lip to my cheek area, for about 2 days straight now. And now while laying down or sitting my legs will also randomly twitch but it’s in more than just one spot. I am a 21 year old female, I don’t have any known health issues, I don’t drink a lot of caffeine, my blood and urine aren’t abnormal because I recently got both tested for a range of things. Should I just try to see if it’s stress related by doing some self care or should I bring it up to my doctor first?
