Working Out Advice

Post Content

Hello, I was diagnosed with Fibro a few years ago. From 10 to 28, I was training for bodybuilding, strength training, and sprinting. I remember getting home from the gym one day and both of my arms hurt so bad, it was unlike any muscle pain I had ever felt. I noticed my neck and back were giving out, my knees were throbbing, my hands couldn’t grip shit. I pushed through it for years until I couldn’t do it anymore. I gave it all up completely. The gym was my passion and it was gone. I’ve attempted to go back numerous times with lighter intensity, low reps, etc but I was always feel terrible. I started getting into walking and yoga but it will never fulfill that itch I have to push myself. Have any of you men or woman found a way to continue to weight train, sprint, wrestle (I also wrestled)? I have exhausted my expertise. DM if you’d like to have a private conversation. Thanks
