Is this a recurring abscess or something more serious?

32F [ https://postimg.cc/gallery/51GYDtj ](https://postimg.cc/gallery/51GYDtj) I had a very large abscess drained at the hospital almost 2 weeks ago. That was my first time getting an abscess. I had shaved shortly before so I chalked it up to a bad ingrown hair. The doctor drained it, told me to go home and continue draining and I should be good to go. Never received antibiotics or anything. I started healing, the bump went down. However, in the last few days another bump has started to reappear. Not as painful as the first one, but I’m afraid something else is going on. Does this look like HS? I will be going to the walk in clinic tomorrow to test for MRSA also, as I’ve read it could be that as well. I’ve been reading and reading and my mind is spiralling at this point. The first drainage was absolutely horrible so I would like to avoid a second one if possible. Any thoughts? I lve attached a photo of the first abscess as well. IMG2175 is my under arm currently. Also I should add I am not experiencing fever, chills etc.
