Dyshidrotic eczema driving me nuts

I’ve been in a flare up of dyshidrotic eczema covering the dorsal surfaces of all of my fingers and back of my hands for weeks. It’s been brutal. High potency steroids are not working. I figured it’s been because I’ve been in the OR scrubbing regularly. Just tonight I found it’s even on my feet!!! I certainly do not OR scrub with my feet. The itching is driving me MAD. As a bonus I have fissuring on my fingers and use germ-x regularly. Ouch!! My fingers look crazy rn
