Does anyone know what this could possibly be?

I had a CT scan on my brain and eyes checked thrice. basically my forehead and around my eyes have this constant and I mean constant tightness all around them. like if I try to open my eyes wide or lift my eyebrows up I feel tightness all around my eyes and forehead. it's been persistent for 3 years now. drs and opticians have no clue opticians said some kind of migraine but what migraine is constant 24/7 for 3 years straight? I do get some neck, shoulder and back pain as well. can anyone suggest anything? I'm at a whits end here I also have persistent light sensitivity as well. I know nobody here is a Dr I just need suggestions to investigate possibilities because I went over everything. symptoms \- constant forehead tightness \- constant tightness around my eyes \- neck shoulder and some back pain \- constant light sensitivity non of these symptoms have eased at all in 3 years some of the neck and shoulder pain gets better or worse that's it.
