severe itching nose/eyes

I am 18 years old and have been suffering from extremely severe nose itching for the past two years. It’s a very intense and uncomfortable type of itching that is hard to describe. My nose feels extremely dry, irritated, and almost “infested” from the inside. The itching happens both inside and outside of my nose. Sometimes it feels like tiny threads or particles are flying around inside, constantly triggering the itch. I also experience similar symptoms in my eyes. They burn, hurt, and feel like there are tiny crumbs or specks inside them. They itch very intensely. In addition, I feel irritation above my upper lip and around my mouth area, especially in my beard area. I was tested for allergies and the only result was a grass and rye pollen allergy. However, my symptoms occur all year round, which confuses me. For context, I smoke cigarettes and vape regularly. I have only used antihistamine nasal spray, antihistamine eye drops, and some cetirizine tablets, but they barely help. At this point, the symptoms are severely affecting my quality of life and I feel desperate. Has anyone experienced something similar or found something that helped?
