foot injury?

hi!! i was seen at urgent care for a sore and lightly swollen foot/ankle - its my right ankle and a little swollen/light bruise right below my outer ankle - so the top right side of my foot. \- did xrays and no broken bones and might be tendinitis? i’m waiting to see a specialist but from what i’m hearing, i don’t know that this is as painful as tendinitis sounds. i can bear weight but don’t have full range of motion and have pain, but it’s maybe a 4/10. any ideas greatly appreciated! tried to include photo but not quite sure how
