Leaving for college soon, how should I prepare?

Post Content

Hi, my therapist told me after she has worked with me for a long time that I have very obvious signs of ADHD and that I should seek diagnosis before I leave for college this coming Fall, because this diagnosis could help me prevent the burnout and failure that is so common with unassisted ADHD college students. While I am in the diagnosis process, is there any advice or suggestions you guys have that helped you with college? Like college-specific coping strategies, physical supplies, social connections, etc?
