rhode glazing milk benefits??

hello! not sure if i should be posting this here, but i was wondering if any of you use the rhode glazing milk? my skin has recently calmed down, and my skin barrier is slowly getting better once i figured out my triggers. i’ve heard the rhode glazing milk is good, but don’t want to disrupt my skin. i’m currently only using vanicream as my moisturizer on my face and body.
