6 months on zep but first time feeling really sick

I’m currently on 5mg, I stayed 3 months on 2.5mg and now just completed 3 on 5mg. Yesterday was my shot day and since 3 hours after shot I was feeling very nauseous and just off, same thing today plus a lot of body aches. Has this happened with anyone else? I thought 6 months in was solid immune from the side effects. 😭🤢
