Going away for several months — how do I do Zep prescriptions?

I don’t know if I’m being dense or what. We are going to Mexico for two months (June-July) and will be traveling to four different cities. I’m not sure how to get my Zep (self pay, 5.0mg vial) while I’m there or if I can stockpile before hand or what? Then traveling probably four months in Europe this fall!!! Any ideas? Will Eli Lilly ship to me in other countries? Thanks, all!
