What’s wrong with my skin and how do I fix it?

What are all these red splotchy spots? I’ve been treating it as acne but now I’m not sure if that’s way it is. Currently I use a salicylic acid cleanser, vitamin c serum, and SPF in the morning. Salicylic acid serum occasionally. Retinol cream at night. Does anyone have any idea what all this redness is and how I could treat it?
