Recurring UTI like symptoms

I’m a 30 year old cis-female. I’ve been having off and on dysuria, urgency, and frequency for the last year. It usually lasts \~8-12 hours and then goes away on its own. It usually starts if I pee before my bladder is very full. The discomfort keeps me from being able to sleep. I have had a few true UTIs and knew to go to the doctor when the symptoms didn’t subside on their own. I would love some input on what could be causing this to happen and what testing I should ask for from my PCP. I’m in a monogamous relationship, no history of STIs, and I am not on any birth control.
