30M. Persistent acne that I cannot get rid of

30M. I constantly have outbreaks on my forehead, temples and cheeks that I cannot get rid of. I don't have much of a routine. In the morning, I cleanse with CeraVe hydrating facial cleanser and then wash my face with Dove Men Care exfoliating deep clean body+face wash. Then I moisturize with Neutrogena triple age repair. At night, I cleanse again with CeraVe and then moisturize with the Neutrogena night time triple age repair. I've flip flopped between the CeraVe and the Neutrogena Hydro Boost, but neither cleanser seems to work. I have really oily acne prone skin but it seems like my acne gets worse whenever I try anything else. I tried PanOxyl for a while and broke out even worse. I have bangs (Obviously. Look at my hairline) and I assume those are contributing to my forehead, but that wouldn't explain the temples and cheeks. 1. How can I limit forehead acne with bangs? 2. Are there any cleansers that might work better for very oily acne-prone skin?
