Feel my life passing me by

Post Content

I turned 20 on New Year's, but I feel kinda down about my future instead of excited. I've dealt with migraines since 3, and chronic migraines since 8. I JUST found a doctor that's willing to help me, and try things like emgality and Ubrelvy. After years of doctors that wouldn't or apparently, gave me less than the recommended starting dose, and then gave up because it didn't do anything. Amd he said it'll take a long time to tackle such complex, long lasting migraines. I've been in such a dark place in recent years due to my migraines. I used to be the top of my class. I could've stated college early. Now, I haven't even finished high-school. I'm doing an online homeschool program. But with the blurred vision, dizziness, and eye pressure, it's really really hard to do work. It's hard to type this right now. I'm an avid reader and writer. I used to read 200 books a year. Now I'm lucky if I get through 2. It's made me so depressed. I have no friends, and I'm not in a position to make any. How do you keep yourself from feeling hopeless and depressed at the state of your life?
