Question about echo results

SUMMARY The left ventricular ejection fraction is estimated at 45%. Wall thickness is normal. Left ventricular systolic function is mildly reduced. Left ventricular diastolic function is abnormal. Right ventricular systolic function is normal. There is trace mitral regurgitation. There is trace tricuspid regurgitation. A weak Doppler signal precludes an estimation of right ventricular systolic pressure. The inferior vena cava is of normal size and there is more than 50% respiratory variation.
