mini pills

hi! i’m new to birth control, and i’ve gotten these new pills today. they’re called “mili”, not tri mili or anything just mili. i have no history of birth control, and i’ve definitely seen more bad than good about these pills, so is there anything good about them? i’m hoping that they’ll help me lose weight, get rid of acne, and regulate my periods lol. i know everyone’s bodies are different and that it’ll take about a month to adjust to them.
