[Routine Help] I need help for my skin routine

Hi everyone, i am wondering what to do next since i am not capable of getting rid of my acnea. I am not quite sure but i think i have oily skin. I have redness and whiteheads in my face. I also have bigger cyst at some places. Here is my full routine: Am: \- remove all products from my face in the shower (with water only) \- moisturizer (cerave moisturizing lotion) \- solar cream (i just started it, laroche-posay anthelios) Pm: \- washing my face (cerave cream to foam) \- tazarotene cream ( prescription) \- pimple patch I’ve been on the tazarotene cream prescribed by my doctor for 6 months and i do not see a difference. Which is why i am posting today. Should i change my routine or see a dermatologist?
