Are these symptoms of an oncoming stroke should I go to the er??

I’m 18f no smoking or drinking and being tested for heds, for two weeks I’ve been having left sided head pain, I keep getting a pain in the back and then top and it’s on and off random pain, I was having vertigo the first week and now just been dizzy on and off, I’ve been feeling short of breath and on and off and random ear ringing more than usual and more eye floaters kinda and like dots of flashes sometimes and now I was eating and got sharp pain in both of my ears, I’ve been feeling these symptoms for a little over two weeks it started maybe on the 25th or 26th of last month, I’m really scared these are symptoms of an oncoming stroke my aunt had a stroke in her 30s I’m scared I’m going to have one and that it’s a risk since I might have heds am I overthinking or should I go to the er?? Would these even be symptoms of a stroke or would the feel different or would it have already happened by now??
