What is wrong with me?

Doc hasn’t returned my calls about my results. Was recently hospitalized with unexplained fever 15 days, fatigue, arm/leg rash, elevated LFT and inflammatory markers, blood in urine, and protein in urine. Mesenteric lymphadenopathy. All rheumatology tests negative, negative blood culture, normal CBC. No urine bacteria. Was discharged before these results came back: Results: Positive CMV Positive Hep B IgM antibody (despite being negative 1 day prior. And always tested negative prior) HOWEVER, Hep B antigen negative, Hep BE antigen and antibody negative, Hep B DNA not detected. What?? So is CMV making me sick or Hep B ? Or is Hep B false positive? Help I’m still miserable. Age: 30 Sex F Height. 5.2 Weight 175 Race W Duration of complaint 4 weeks Location Kentucky, No meds PMH: gall bladder removal 1 year post op.
