ADHD BRAIN

I’m getting back onto meds (for my ADHD and Anxiety) soon and I’m so happy and relieved about it but I feel scared to feel “normal” after not being it for so so long. I’ve been on here everyday scrolling through looking at yalls experiences with it and it helps me slightly but I’m still in my head CONSTANTLY I feel like, overthinking anything I can possibly attach my mind to, things such as “do you really got ADHD?” “are you really anxious?” “are we failing?” and just stuff like that and it’s a rough experience. I’m hoping once I get on meds and stuff I’ll chill and be happier again:) I got 2 weeks to go till I go to my new doc but it feels like years lol. Other than that I’m ok:) (just wanted to dump this here, thank yall)
