Are these black lines on my nails something I should be concerned about/ get looked at?

https://postimg.cc/k2CmCrWY (Ignore the white lines those r from taking off my fake nails lol) I'm 19F and completely healthy from what I know and the only medication I take is spironolactone for my acne. I thought these lines were from something getting under my nails at first, but after looking harder I realized that it was just like part of my nails. They're only on two of my fingers tho. Whenever I look it up it's the one thing everyone says to watch out for but all the pictures of the lines look a lot longer and wider than mine are. Should I get this looked at? Or can this be explained by something more reasonable?
