Hysteroscopy pain?

I came on here to see if what im feeling is normal. I had a hysteroscopy to remove adhesions done 5 days ago. The first 2 days I was feeling okay but now I feel like the soreness has gotten progressively worse. It’s uncomfortable to use the bathroom-both ways. Not just normal cramps like they said, And honestly laying in my bed right now, my lower back is screaming in pain. The lower back has definitely gotten worse. Is it normal for everything to feel this inflamed? Obviously am going to check with my doctor but it’s bed time and they’re closed and I’m worried! Everywhere I’ve read people make this seem like such an easy recovery and I am feeling so sore and uncomfortable.
