My body is warm all the time

Hi folks! I 22f have pcos and started treatment about 6 months ago ( birth control) but since forever ago I have been a warm person. I am constantly hot, like menopause hot flashes hot. There is nothing I can do to cool myself down, and it is so uncomfortable. I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this symptom, or maybe it is something else causing it?
