Arthritis & depression

I was on the patch and progesterone. It worked good. Maybe too good. My libido was through the roof, I was losing weight, tired , and depressed! I stopped.. IDK for sure or but if it was helping with my arthritis but I've got to figure something out! Help! I'm only 54 & definitely feel older... What can I do about the depression? I read it can help with inflammation? What about the possibility of cancer? 😩
