New growth/ change of texture?

Hello! I have been taking a full pill of oral minoxidil since last February. I’ve had these hairs that stick up (first pic), are these new growth? Second question! My hair texture has changed which is show from pic 2 and 3. The third photo is current. My hair is now dry and poofy. I use a prescribed ketoconazole 2% once a week. I’ve heard that this can be the reason. However I’m unsure. Any advice would be incredibly helpful! Thank you!
