Someone convince me I’m okay

Post Content

For the past month, I haven’t felt like myself at all. I’ve been experiencing extreme fatigue and can barely stay up past 10 p.m., which is early for me. If I do stay up later, I feel extremely sick and completely drained. I’ve also had persistent nausea that has gradually worsened, though I haven’t vomited. In addition, I’ve been getting mild but noticeable headaches and experiencing sudden, intense anger that feels out of character. I’m scared something serious, like a brain tumor, could be causing this. I’ve been to the doctor multiple times recently because of health anxiety, and about a month ago I had an EKG, blood work, a chest ultrasound, and a chest X-ray, all of which came back normal. I’m unsure whether these symptoms are related to anxiety or if I should push for further testing, like an MRI.
