Breast C concerns

Terrified about my left breast. It’s been going on for a year or so but lately new symtom is coming up and my left nipple is extremely itchy. And sometimes painfully sore. Also have bumps on it the other doesn’t. I had my annual last month and of course these issues weren’t apparent then other than dryness of that nipple and she said doesn’t look concerning and said she feels no lumps . She offered an ultrasound anyway but the first appointment isn’t until April. Or course I had to Google and it brought me down a rabbit hole now I am terrified I have “pagets disease C “ Literally nothing can calm me down. I can’t even get in to see my primary Dr until March 4th… I try lotion on it and nothing helps the itchiness or pain / irritation.
