Right side back pain and inability to urinate.

Hi. Thanks in advance. 46f, 145lbs, 5’1. Hypothyroidism, high blood pressure. Depression, anxiety, OCD. Levothyroxine sodium 112mcg Abilify 5 mg Hctz 12.5 mg Aderrall xr 60 mg Certrizine 10 mg Red yeast rice 1200 mg Out of nowhere about 4 hours ago, my stomach and back (the right side) began to experience excruciating pain that I’ve never felt before, it didn’t seem muscular. Appx 3 hours ago, while writhing in pain, I was struck with the urge to vomit for appx 10 mins. I then took 2 Alieve and the pain subsided somewhat. 3 hours in, appx 1 hour and 15 mins ago, I started to feel urgency to urinate but nothing will come out but a few drops. This is still continuing and I’m feeling very uncomfortable because I really have to pee. Am I passing a kidney stone?? How do I pee again? I really don’t want to go to the ER, but do i need to?
