Getting the Wegovy pill prescribed for PCOS?

I'm on maximum dose metformin and I've tried 2grams of inositol a day but my fasting blood glucose is still high, 114-116mg/dl for the past year. A1C is consistently in the high end too 5.5-5.7. I'm always tired and I'm still dealing with PCOS/insulin resistance symptoms. I was wondering if you've been able to get prescribed a GLP1 off label just for PCOS. I noticed the cash pay price for the new Wegovy pill was actually reasonable.
