Basaglar pen and dosing

I am new to insulin and injector pens as well. This is what keeps happening on the 14 dose. This looks like it’s not going all the way down to zero like it should? It starts at 14 and I know endo said to count to 10 while dispensing, but I’ve been counting to 20 to make sure it goes all in and Tuesday night went down to 2 and then tonight (Wednesday) went down to this which looks like 1. What am I doing wrong here? The plunger is fully pushed.
