Do I need this product from SKNV? Admirazol HP Cream

Hi everyone! My derm prescribed me .025% tret which I picked up from the pharmacy and Admirazol HP Cream which I had to get from SKNV. I was hesitant to order it because I wasn’t sure if it was one of those things she was just trying to sell me. I have what I believe to be hormonal acne. My derm is having me return to her after 3 months for a check in and to consider if I need something oral or stronger. I’m on week 4 of tret (I know, very very early) but I’m beginning to wonder if I should start including the other prescription into my routine? Does anyone have any experience with it? I use tret daily, no irritation. Just dryness and slight shedding by the end of the day. I’ve noticed most of my breakouts have dried out very quickly, something they never did before.
