Is 1,000iu of HCG weekly a reasonable starting point as a monotherapy?

30M - new to all of this. Long story short, I had a stroke and alot of medical this stress this year which dramatically lowered my Test levels to the 300’s. My doctor suggested HCG alone before committing to TRT at a dose of 350iu on M, W, F, does seem this like a reasonable starting point? I see alot of people on 500iu weekly, not sure if my dose is too high to start. Thank you
